My experience with Rowana was great and comfortable, although I am a very meticulous person in details. From the beginning, searching for the project was easy and clear, as their website provided all the details I needed, from spaces to communication methods, and booking a meeting was quick and smooth. What I liked the most was their constant response to making the required modifications. I remember that the workers came back more than once just to make sure that everything was completely satisfactory to me. We received continuous emails with project updates or improvements they made, such as upgrading the air conditioners and increasing the elevator space. After receiving the apartment, they continued with the same level of service, as they were responsive and quick to meet any modifications or maintenance during the first year, they were very committed. I thank them for this high level of service and attention to detail.
